1. Each pyramid level a BA climbs qualifies the BA for an incremental cash incentive. This is in addition to a BA’s fixed $1.00 per “paid” processed claim award described inside the T&C.
2. The incentive legend details this additional cash award. For example, if a BA reaches 10,000 “paid” processed claims regardless of period, then they earn an additional $.10. If they reach 75,000 then they receive $.50 per “paid” process claim, not $.10.
3. Reference T&C definition of “paid” processed claim.
4. The cash payout is awarded to BA for the duration of participation per T&C.
5. Pearl is the highest BA classification award level. When achieved a BA qualifies for additional described incentive paid at the discretion of AshHEALTH Rx+. Royal is the second classification level and Indigo is the third classification level in the program.
6. Information is subject to change and is at the discretion of AshHEALTH Rx+.
2.1. Every BA begins at a standard level of particpation. The standard level does not provide pyramid status. When a BA reaches the target level displayed inside section 2.2 legend, than BA will attain the status including the award that is associated with status.

Scale displays additional incentive payout to BA.
This is a scale that displays the BA Pyramid classification system. A classification is the level that the BA attains over and above their standard participation. A standard participation is subject to the T&C of the service and program. There is no BA classification level for standard participation. Once the BA reaches a milestone than they are paid the additional incentive per “paid” processed claim. For example, a BA achieves Indigo each year or period, they will now earn an additional ten cents ($.10) per “paid” processed claim. The new earnings become the following. The standard earning which is $1.00 one dollar plus the Indigo payout of ten cents ($.10). Once a BA achieves the next level, the prior level earning becomes obsolete. The and the new amount associated to the classification level plus the standard earning becomes the actual payout. There are no additional payouts over Pearl.
Section 2.4. AshHEALTH Rx+ at its sole discretion reserves the right to increase or decrease payout amounts if it deems appropriate because of any possible event that may impact the company economic well-being. This includes the reduction in fee paid by its administrator SingleCare.
Section 2.5. AshHEALTH Rx+ may from time-to-time award BA’s that achieve Pearl status the opportunity to receive additional incentives that may not be monetary or carry a redemption value.
Section 2.6. By way of participation of this program, and agreement with the T&S, BA holds harmless AshHEALTH, LLC, AshHEALTH Rx+, it’s Management, Board of Directors and Ownership from any liabilities that may surface from participation with this program. BA is an independent contractor subject to the T&S and understands that any transportation or promotion of the program falls under the BA’s personal responsibility, liability and business dealings. There are no reimbursables expenses paid to BA, BA understands any paid fees to promote the use of AshHEALTH Rx+ is by their sole participation and independent use of judgement. AshHEALTH Rx+ may make suggestions and comments about promoting and marketing use of the program, but this does not constitute a request or mandate of expense paid by BA.
